Special Requirements: 1 pipe penetration, sub-basin de-watering system, and Aqri-Drain in-line water level control structure
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource constructed the pond for the purpose of allowing clients to see first hand the components of a functioning lined pond. We incorporated many of the tools and techniques based on our knowledge of the proper components of a well designed lined pond. The completed pond was equipped with an aeration system, fish cribs, Chem-Feed metering pump, and will be stocked with fish in the spring of 2012.

Project: ½ Acre Residential Pond
Location: Southeast Wisconsin
Primary Purpose: Fishing and Aesthetics
Liner Size: 24,000 sq. ft. double panel.
Special Requirements: Field weld 2 panels
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource consulted with the customer to assist in design and layout of this pond on the customer's property. The goal was to create a natural aquatic environment within the existing landscape parameters. The finished project will contain natural and artificial fish structure, aeration and Chem-feed system. Fish are to be stocked in the fall of 2011.

Location: Fox Valley
Primary Purpose: Swimming and recreation
Liner Size: 50,000 sq. ft. single panel.
Special Requirements: 6 pipe penetrations and sub-basin de-watering system
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource assisted the homeowner with final site preparation, supply and installation of the pond liner and water control valve. This pond was completed with the installation of an aeration system, product metering system, and a 2 hp Aquamaster decorative fountain.
Project: 1.5 acre residential pond
Location: Southeast Wisconsin
Primary Purpose: Swimming, fishing, and recreation
Liner Size: 60,000 sq. ft. double panel.
Special Requirements: 1 pipe penetration and sub-basin de-watering system
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource assisted the client with design features, construction requirements, and installed the pond liner. The pond site was a natural basin and required minimal additional excavation. WLPR was able to utilize this natural feature and create a beautiful pond.

Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource worked with the association for two years planning and helping them establish a budget to complete this project. The existing pond basin did not include a liner and continually dried up. Upon installation of the liner the association is pleased to be able to enjoy their pond again.

This was one of three ponds Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource assisted the client from planning to completion. This pond was the only one that required a liner. The pond was completely stocked with fish, aerated, and is occasionally used for swimming.

Liner Size: 68,000 sq. ft. two panel
Special Requirements: Main seam weld; 1 pipe penetration; sub-basin de-watering system
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource assisted in performing a ground water study to determine if a liner would be a suitable material for constructing this pond. Due to ground water fluctuations at the liner site, we recommended the installation of a de-watering system. Since this pond is at the base of a kettle, overflow water is pumped 300' away from the pond. The pond has been stocked with fish and will be a focal point of the property.

Special Requirements: 1 pipe penetration, main seam weld, connection to waterfall system.
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource worked in conjunction with one of our primary excavators to complete this project. The pond was constructed two years ago and we had to de-water and completely reshape the pond prior to installing the liner. This pond will be a focal point in a high end condominium complex.

Special Requirements: Sub-basin de-watering system
Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource was awarded this contract through bid selection. The pond was significantly influenced by ground water requiring the de-watering system. WLPR had to work very closely with the contractor to coordinate basin de-watering and liner installation.

Pond Project: 2 acre commercial storm-water pond

Liner Size: 90,000 sq. ft. three panel
Special Requirements: Multiple pipe penetrations; sub-basin de-watering system Wisconsin Lake & Pond Resource was awarded this contract through bid selection. This pond required three panels which were wedge welded by WLPR staff. The pond is the focal point at the entrance to the facility. WLPR completely installed the liner in two days.
