Proper planning by WLPR, the owner, and the contractors allowed the creation of this beautiful pond which sits on the side of a hill. The owners of this home can overlook the pond from almost every room in the house!
This 1+ acre pond is a main focal point of the property. During the summer, the swim beach is a gathering place for family and friends. In the winter, an ice skating rink keeps any kid, young or old, occupied for hours.
With the site being primarily sand, WLPR utilized a 2-panel pond liner with one field weld to contain the water. Stone ballast was placed in the bottom for habitat and to support the geo-thermal system for the house.
