WLPR revived the focal point of this beautiful subdivision. This particular pond caused a lot of stress and tension over the years due to its inability to hold water on its own. We were challenged by several factors during liner installation such as a perched water table, minimal access points, and tight corners. The members wanted us to disturb as little area outside the pond as possible to reduce re-landscaping costs. With some good planning by the association, WLPR and associated contractors we were able to bring this focal point back to life and the residents can once again enjoy the beauty this pond brings to their backyards.
