WLPR was thrilled to be a part of this project in Northern Wisconsin. The owner is continually improving the opportunities this property provides which now includes a 2+ acre pond where guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, and swimming. The pond has tremendous diversity from it’s swimming beaches, aquatic planting shelves, fish spawning zones, and a bridge that crosses the entire pond! The caretaker does an amazing job maintaining the grounds and spends a significant amount of time continually improving the pond.
