WLPR met with this family to quickly learn this newly purchased property had all the characteristics on which to build family memories. With rolling hills, privacy, and ample ground, the children could explore. But, there was one thing missing…a functional pond. Even worse, right in front of the house sat a pond footprint that was filled with muck, cattails, and willows creating more of a liability than an asset. We quickly learned that by utilizing a synthetic liner we could capitalize on the existing grade and increase the water to a satisfactory level. The excavator simply had to remove the existing muck and vegetation, do some minor regrading, and the site was ready to be lined. Now the kids and adults enjoy swimming, fishing, and wildlife viewing right in their front yard.
